This policy applies to all activities and services performed by Petroseas and to employees, directors, contractors, suppliers, agents, representatives and business partners acting on behalf of the company.

Petroseas has a zero-tolerance approach towards bribery, corruption, fraud and unethical business practices and is committed to complying with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations.

Any violation of this Policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of agreements or other appropriate measures in accordance with applicable laws and company procedures.

Integrity is a shared responsibility. All employees, contractors and business partners are expected to act ethically and protect the reputation and values of Petroseas.

This Policy is communicated to all employees, contractors, suppliers and business partners and is publicly available.

• Conduct business with integrity, honesty and transparency.
• Prohibit offering, giving, requesting or accepting bribes, improper payments or any other form of unethical advantage.
• Ensure gifts, hospitality and business benefits are appropriate, transparent and never intended to improperly influence business decisions.
• Prohibit facilitation payments or unofficial payments made to speed up routine processes.
• Ensure charitable donations, sponsorships and other contributions are made responsibly and in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Perform appropriate checks when engaging third parties, including agents, contractors, suppliers and business partners.
• Maintain accurate, complete and transparent financial records and business documentation.
• Ensure employees and representatives understand their responsibilities through communication, awareness and appropriate training.
• Encourage reporting of suspected misconduct or violations without fear of retaliation.
